ities in the places which ho proposes to visit, and
to facilitate his inspection of institutions and buildings
of public interest.

Mr Fowler will be glad if the Marquis
of Ripon will instruct the Governors of Gibraltar and
Hong Kong to take the proper steps with a view to obtain
for the Nawab all such facilities as he may stand in need
of.
